These GTC apply to all bookings and contracts for the use of the Rancho Los Lobos Retreat Centre by organisers for the purpose of holding retreats, seminars or similar group events.
A binding contract is concluded as soon as Rancho Los Lobos confirms a booking request in writing. The date and minimum turnover are then bindingly reserved.
3.1 The individually agreed services, prices and minimum turnover as stated in the booking confirmation apply.
3.2 Due to general market developments, Rancho Los Lobos reserves the right to increase prices by up to 10%. This will be communicated at least four weeks before the start of the retreat.
3.3 A deposit of €900 is required to reserve the date.
3.4 Further deposits are to be paid in accordance with the booking conditions and payment schedule.
3.5 If payment is not made on time, Rancho Los Lobos may withdraw from the contract and allocate the date to another party.
3.6 35% of the deposits paid will remain with Rancho Los Lobos in any case, even if the retreat is cancelled.
The organiser may cancel the booked date at any time. The following regulations apply:
4.1 After conclusion of the contract:
In any case, a payment of 35% of the agreed minimum turnover (rounded) is due. This amount will be retained as a deposit and is non-refundable.
4.2 In case of cancellation up to 6 months before the start of the retreat:
The deposit paid remains with Rancho Los Lobos. If the period can be rented out to someone else, Rancho Los Lobos reserves the right to refund part of the deposit as a gesture of goodwill.
4.3 For cancellations less than 6 months before the start:
70% of the agreed minimum turnover (rounded) will be invoiced.
4.4 For cancellations less than 30 days before the start:
100% of the agreed minimum turnover is payable.
The organiser undertakes to use the premises, equipment and entire grounds of Rancho Los Lobos with care and respect. The organiser is liable for any damage caused by them or their participants. The house rules are an integral part of the contract.
Rancho Los Lobos reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in cases of force majeure or for valid reasons (e.g. natural disasters, legal restrictions, illness, unforeseeable damage). In this case, payments already made will be refunded in full. No further claims can be made.
Personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual relationship. The data protection provisions of Rancho Los Lobos apply.
By staying at the hotel, the customer agrees that the data they provide may be used to send meaningful information and keep in touch. The newsletter provides information about new offers and important information after your stay. If you indicate at check-in that you do not wish to receive a newsletter, we will not use the data for this purpose. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is also possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to info@rancholoslobos.com or via an intended link in the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we delete the e-mail address, unless the customer has expressly consented to further use of the data or we reserve the right to use the data beyond this, which is necessary by law.
Spanish law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Cádiz, to the extent permitted by law. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
