We guarantee you the best price and the widest selection of rooms when you book through our website, in person by phone or email. A room upgrade may be possible.
We reserve the right to adjust our prices for all additional services. If you book just one night, we charge a surcharge of €20 for our cleaning pearl.
Extra beds in the suite Nube and Casakarma are charged with 69.-€ per night including breakfast.
All hotel rooms are equipped with air converter & heating. For energy reasons, the inverters only run at determinated times. We would like to point out that they must be switched off when you leave the room. Thank you for helping us to protect our environment.
For a low-radiation stay, we only have internet via cable, so no WIFI. Out of consideration for other guests, we ask that you only use your computer in your room or in the designated areas.
Our hotel outdoor area is a laptop-free zone and is not suitable for remote working.
We change towels, Fresh bed linen is available after 7 days or as required.
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Our inner courtyard is a non-smoking area.
Unfortunately, as we have dogs ourselves, we cannot accommodate guest dogs. The apartment Cabaña is handicapped friendly and the rancho is largely barrier-free.
For Hotel bookings:
When booking, 50% deposit is due immediately. The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. Up to 30 days before arrival, cancellations or changes are free of charge, 14 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total price (corresponds to the deposit), from 7 days before arrival no refund is possible. Additional services (food, massages, yoga, etc.) are payable locally in cash upon departure. Check-in from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and check-out by 11:00 a.m. Earlier check-in and later check-out possible by arrangement. Our facility is suitable for young people aged 16 and over. Room prices: Our prices include our breakfast made from regional products, parking and taxes. The room prices are per room with an occupancy of two people, except room familia (1 person).
For Retreat bookings:
The first deposit of 900.-€ by bank transfer is due immediately to reserve the date for you bindingly, with this you recognise our booking conditions. We ask you to sign our retreat agreement.
6 months before the start of the retreat another 2.500.- € you can cancel is payable. You can cancel your retreat up to 6 months before the start, the deposit remains with us.
A further €2,000 is payable 4 months before the start.
1 month before arrival we will discuss together how many rooms and meals are finally booked and the remaining amount is due.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. The deposits paid are non-refundable. Please make a note of the payment dates to ensure that we receive payment on time.
Check in for retreats from 4 pm.
Check out by 11 am at the latest.
Massages and other services are to be paid in cash at departure.
