This educational leave programme offers a holistic approach to greater health and resilience at work and in everyday life through yoga, meditation, mindfulness exercises, and targeted breathing exercises. The eightfold path of yoga, a millennia-old practice, serves as a cornerstone for a healthy lifestyle concept and creates a balanced foundation for theory and practical sessions. Awareness and looking out for one another are at the forefront. Together, we develop yoga practice sessions in different styles, time in nature, targeted exercises from mindfulness training, and theory sessions with individual and group work.
